AMC Liquidators is hiring experienced Business Development Specialists for our Tamarac, FL office

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for make sales in large volume to businesses locally, nationally, and internationally, coordinating sales and marketing efforts.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for initiating and closing profitable furniture sales. The Business Development Specialists serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process and works with the other furniture support functions to ensure that client needs are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

Steady supply of qualified leads provided by our in house marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consultative approach to selling by working to understand the customer’s critical business needs and by delivering appropriate solutions
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process and client relationship, even after the sale takes place
  • Prospect in the local marketplace, for new furniture sales opportunities
  • Develop local business relationships in order to identify potential opportunities early
  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients
  • Lead the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs in a differentiated manner. Collaborate with clients to provide solutions that meet client functional, aesthetic and budgetary requirements
  • Lead the project strategy process. Develop a winning sales plan to capture targeted accounts and/or opportunities
  • Work in a team selling environment to collaboratively develop account plans for existing accounts that maximize penetration and retention
  • Office hours are typically 9AM-6PM, Monday - Friday
